General matters you can count on with us

  • At both Paracentrum and Tessel-Air it’s (especially in high season) very busy. It’s always hard work.
  • The work is incredibly fun and rewarding. We offer our guests one of the most extraordinary experiences of their lives. The joy (and sometimes relief) after making a jump or flight is contagious!
  • Housing is extremely scarce on Texel. Fortunately, we have our own staff houses for those in need of accommodation.
  • We love socializing! In high season, you can almost join one of the many BBQs every week. At the (many) parties and events, staff members can eat, party, and drink for free.
  • We strongly believe in “work hard, play hard”. For example, our employees are also allowed to take to the skies themselves to experience, just like our customers, how special our products and services are.
